  • Delivery:

    Delivery Schedule: Nadia Furniture Ltd. will deliver the product within 7 Working days (for stocked product – inside Dhaka) it will take 15-20 working days for non-stock products. Delivery Charge is applicable for below 20000 Taka products. Delivery of product will be confirmed over telecommunication.

    Ready stocked product will beer delivered with in seven working days. Product which are not in stocked would-be deliver within 15-20 working days, this will be done after negotiation and confirmation of customer.

    In case of delivering outside of Dhaka, product will be delivering by Nadia Furniture Ltd. or by third party logistics which would be done with communication with the customer. In that case customer will pay the delivery fee by third party logistics, also Nadia Furniture ltd. will not be liable for any damage of the product during deliver by third party logistics. Time schedule for delivery will be confirmed after negotiating with customer.

Warranty

  • Warranty and services

    One-year free service warranty for any manufacturing defect.

    Five years guaranty on wood-louse attack.

    The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

  • Conditions of warranty and service:

    Nadia Furniture ensures one-year free service for materials and manufacturing defect.

    Customer are requested to bring the purchase voucher to avail the service.

    To ensure better service the damaged product might be taken to Nadia service center.

    If the defect arises due to the following reasons, the warranty/ guaranty will not cover: Misuse/Improper shifting/Accident/Fire dispose/Faulty setup by the user/Lack of proper maintenance.

Return

  • Requirement for a valid return:

    Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

    Return should be made on valid reason

  • Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:

    Delivery of wrong product

    Delivery of defective product

    Delivery of the products with missing parts

    Incorrect content on website

    N.B: Product Fabric may not be same due to unavailability of the fabric which is in the image on web.

  • Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:

    Damages due to misuse of product

    Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

    Any consumable item which has been used or installed

    Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

    Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

    N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same. Please check the product at that time of delivery. If it is not to your liking or is damaged/defective, you can return it on the spot. But if the product is not damaged though you refuse to receive the product that case you have to pay 10% of the product price as delivery and labor charge. Customer can replace or return the product with in maximum 7 days of time period, but in that case, customer has to pay 10% of the product price as delivery and labor charge. If you are located in Dhaka city, then you will be able to avail pickup facility from specific areas. If you are located outside Dhaka, then you need to book the product in below address and send it through Sundarban Courier Service.
